How can I go about getting a lawyers assistance with paperwork for an out of state divorce?

I am currently in the process of a dissolution with my ex. I live in Ohio, and she and my 3 small children live in Florida. I am trying to find assistance with filling out all the proper paper work, and possibly even getting representation. But all the attorneys I have contacted are not willing to assist with me because it is an out of state case. To make a long story short, she is the kind of woman who uses our kids in a game to try to hurt me. She filed an injunction so that I cannot take them out of the state of Florida, even after we both agreed they can come spend summer, Christmas, and Spring breaks with me and both of our families back here in Ohio. So until every thing is finalized, I am stuck with her withholding my children from me. Any information you can provide me with would be greatly appreciated, as the more time that goes by with out me being able to see my kids, the more I can feel like I am dying inside.
